Return Policy

All claims regarding shortages, damage, incorrect supplied, or pricing discrepancies must be submitted in writing to Angel Products, accompanied by proof of purchase receipt, ideally within 14 days from the invoice date.

To qualify for a claim, products must remain unused and in the same conditions as when they were received, including their original packaging. Angel Products reserves the right to evaluate the eligibility of the items and the circumstances prior to accepting any returns. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval.

Upon inspecting of the products, you will receive an email informing you as to whether your claim has been accepted.

Angel Products will provide replacements for any defective or incorrectly supplied products at no additional cost to you. If you opt not to receive replacement but require a refund, a full refund will be made. Our products come with a guarantee.
