Title of Goods
The title to the goods provided by Angel Products shall remain with Angel Products until the buyer has settled all amounts due to Angel Products. In the event that the buyer sells these goods and has not fulfilled the payment terms, the proceeds from such a sale – regardless of whether the goods have been incorporated into other products – shall be considered the property of Angel Products.
Terms of Payment
For account holders, payment is due in full within 30 days following the conclusion of the month in which the goods were acquired, unless an alternative agreement has been established. In the absence of a 30 day account having been granted by Angel Products Pty Ltd, the payment terms are payment required at the time of checkout prior to dispatch.
Technical Advice
Angel Products disclaims any responsibility for any technical advice, recommendations, information, or assistance provided, as well as for any outcomes resulting from such guidance.
Liability
The purchase is required to confirm that the goods conform to the relevant description, quality and attributes appropriate for their intended purpose. Angel Products shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the buyers neglect to validate these factors
